Paper plate valentines Bee.
Paper plate valentines Bee
With all these valentines crafts we’re really feeling the love in this house today! Now I get to share with you one of my personal favourites. How sweet is this paper plate valentines bee? when it comes to valentines day you can’t beat a handmade gift with a cheesy pun attached and this craft doesn’t disappoint.
You will need
Paper plate Black, white and grey paper Yellow paint A pen Scissors Glue
First you will need to cover your paper plate in yellow paint and then put it aside to dry.
Next cut out several hearts from your black paper. Glue them down on your plate in two rows to create your bumble bee’s stripes.
To make the stinger; cut out a large black heart and glue it with the point facing outwards on the tail end of your Bee.
Now for the wings. Draw around your little one’s hands and cut out the handprints. Stick the handprints together at a slight angle as shown above and then glue them to the back of your paper plate.
Give your bumble bee an eye by sticking down a white circle and then a smaller black circle for the pupil. Use your pen to draw on his mouth and then finish off by adding your special valentines message!
