Cupcake liner halloween pumpkin craft for kids

It’s been a quiet couple of weeks on the crafting front. Like many others we’ve slowly been trying to adjust to the new school routine with the new covid regulations that are in place. Whilst we still find time for crafting its obviously not as much as it was before and when we do the quality time is so nice that i often forget to take pictures of our craft ideas! Don’t worry though, going forwards I’ll still be sharing plenty of craft ideas, just sometimes without the help of my little sidekick! I’m still missing him massively during the days but it’s so fab to see him playing with the other children and learning new things every day! Right now he’s been getting really excited about Halloween. He’s already picked out his scooby doo costume and can’t wait until we can go get his pumpkin to carve. Hence today’s craft, these cute and easy cupcake liner Halloween pumpkins!

Here’s what we used

  • Orange cupcake liner
  • Black, brown and green markers
  • Glue

Position the cupcake liners flat on a piece of paper and then secure them down with glue.

Draw faces on to each cupcake case using a black pen. This is a great time to talk about different emotions with your little ones. Is their pumpkin happy or sad or angry etc?

Finish off the pumpkins by adding a stalk, leaf and tendril. Arent they just the cutest? Such a fun and easy way to keep little ones entertained. These little cupcake liner Halloween pumpkins look fab on handmade Halloween cards too!
